Evocative songstress Stella Heath (French Oak Gypsy Band) fronts a stellar band of local musicians for a cabaret-style musical tribute to the life and art of the legendary singer for Black History Month at OCA’s acoustic sweet spot. $20 Advance/$25 at door.
